“Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.” ~Lao Tzu
I have received many messages about LOVE and communicating Love during this time of human experiencing. It starts with feeling into a space of love and allowing this "feeling" of love to become like a fluid stream within each one of us. We all have a beautiful unique expression of energy, love and light in this world. Tapping into each of these components and allowing them to be in a natural state of vibration, fluidity, and frequency is what the world is asking each and every one of us to accomplish.
As all of these components are important, Love is what the world needs and what we all need, more than anything else. So imagine a drop of water, a kind gesture, a nurturing word, a simple act, a positive thought, a smile. Can we share a drop of our water with each other? Can we allow our hearts to be open during a time where there is so much fear?
You have a torrential river within you - that is LOVE.
You experience a force of the Universe flowing through you at all times - that is LOVE.
You embrace still waters to hold you in a space of rejuvenation - that is LOVE
You feel compassionate sighs and sweet prayers of peace - that is LOVE
Can one drop make a difference? Is there ever any comparison in the Universe between a drop and the whole river? Not really... size doesn't matter. Intention, compassion, kindness - these are the foundations of LOVE that we can use to help ourselves and each other the most. So share one drop of water with whomever or whatever you choose. Every drop is recycled back into the whole of consciousness and humanity. Love never dies. Love is recycled through time, space and through many rivers - all ending up in the ocean of consciousness.
Thank you for all the love I have received during these times and thank you for allowing me to share my love with you.
Love & Light,
Just I am enthralled with Podcasting! I love radio and I am very audibly oriented. Being a Co-Host for the Podcast, Psychic Evolution is such a blessing. I never liked hearing my voice played back on a recording device until now. One of my main missions is to be of Service to humanity and to help to expand the consciousness of humanity. I feel this is a perfect fit for my life's mission.
I am analyzing those places in myself that I feel I have had a resistance to, such as teaching and speaking in front of people. I am overcoming my fear and resistance because I am honoring the joy and expression of my light that these feats allow me to accomplish. I am embracing everything that brings me joy and passion. I am very excited every time I am in front of a microphone or have a room full of students.
My advice to anyone is to follow your creativity. Follow your bliss. Every expression of creative energy is a divine expression. So get out there and create! Find your growth edges and explore them. Push your fear aside and feel what gives you joy and then share it! Just Share Joy!!!! And maybe the world will want to listen and to watch and to experience your divine essence. When you hold back the inner promptings of your inner world, you are denying your true Essence and the world does not benefit as much as it could. If you step up and step into your Courage to BE, you can be an example that the world needs - that it is OKAY to be who you are. Come out of hiding and into the light and allow yourself to shine. I will be here to cheer you on. I will be here to support your light of creativity. Just DO YOU!
Let’s face it…no one likes to feel emotions that are not productive. I steer away from classifying my feelings as “negative.” I like to think that all of our “humanness” has meaning and relevance to our lives. Labeling a feeling as “good” or “bad” can also be a form of self-judgment which is never productive and can be very destructive. Yet, in all honesty, we do not like all of our feelings. We don’t have to like how we feel. I am asking that we LOVE ourselves enough to allow our feelings without judgment and criticism.
Here is a step stage outline for processing your feelings:
Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.
