Let’s face it…no one likes to feel emotions that are not productive. I steer away from classifying my feelings as “negative.” I like to think that all of our “humanness” has meaning and relevance to our lives. Labeling a feeling as “good” or “bad” can also be a form of self-judgment which is never productive and can be very destructive. Yet, in all honesty, we do not like all of our feelings. We don’t have to like how we feel. I am asking that we LOVE ourselves enough to allow our feelings without judgment and criticism.
